BannersWithClass.com is a unique and exciting fundraiser which takes a new approach to raising money for your graduating class. The money can be used for such activities as proms, senior trips, year-end charitable contributions, etc.
You've tried the t-shirts, the cookies, the pizzas - and so has everyone else.
Those are stale and old ideas. BannersWithClass.com brings a personal touch to the idea of fundraising - and it gives the students something to keep and cherish for years to come.
Here's a great way to let the memories live on.
And the best part - for every order delivered, 25% of the banner sale* is returned to the fundraising committee!
*25% Cash Back applies to the banner price and does not include any applicable sales tax and/or shipping.
The banners are printed on high quality outdoor, weather-resistant, UV stable vinyl with 4-6 corner grommets installed to make hanging easy.
BannersWithClass.com is a fundraiser that requires your school to contact us to set-up your unique website to begin accepting orders from your students. After the initial contact is made with us, we take care of the rest.
So let's go through this step by step:
We will start your program by providing you with a simple fundraiser agreement form that spells out our responsibilities and yours. Additionally we will provide you with a school PROMO CODE which your students will use to access the Banner Builder page of the BannersWithClass.com website. The PROMO CODE will ensure that orders are credited to your school.
You will designate a Program Administrator for your school. It is with this individual that we will work during the fundraiser. The Program Administrator will also be given an Administrator's login password to review ordering activity during the fundraiser on the BannersWithClass.com website.
During the fundraiser, the Program Administrator will be the student contact for any questions. Students will also be encouraged to contact us directly for any questions they may have that the Program Administrator cannot answer.
The Program Administrator will agree with us on a "Fundraiser Cut-off Date" (May 1st to May 15th). This date will allow us enough time to process the orders, package and deliver to your school.
The "Official End" of the fundraiser program is the day which all orders placed are delivered to your school. At this time, a check in the amount of 25% of all banner orders delivered will be mailed to your designated Program Administrator.
Our group will prepare all of the marketing materials for you to promote the fundraiser to your senior class free of charge! The materials are customized to your school using your school logo/mascot and include the following:

Just tell us which size banner you want choosing from our 2x3, 2½x4 or 3x6 options. We will ask for your school logo in an eps vector format if available.
You can hang this banner in your school's lobby, near the office, or anywhere students will have a chance to see it.

You can choose to hang these just about anywhere to get your student's attention. The posters are attention grabbing - explaining the fundraiser and providing the students with your school's unique PROMO CODE for ordering their custom banners. You can always tell us you want more if you feel that will help the Program's success.

We'll create custom flyers that you can leave throughout the school or send home in newsletters and communications. You simply tell us how many you think you will need to get the message out to your students - and if you run out, call and we'll be happy to send more.

We will also supply banner ads or email blasts explaining our program to students and their parents. If you communicate regularly with your senior class via your web's home page or email, this is a tremendous way to keep the program at the forefront during the school year.
The next step to the fundraiser is watching its progress. This is done by your designated Program Administrator logging into your school's order database online at whatever interval they find convenient to their schedule.
After your Program Administrator has logged into your school's ordering database, they will see who has ordered what and when and - best of all - they will view an up-to-date total of money coming back to the senior class.
As your Program Administrator watches the progress of orders being placed, they may decide it's necessary to give the Program a little "boost" by making in-school announcements or other ways of communicating to students and their parents. Since we believe that most order decisions will be coming from the student's parents, it will be important that the Program Administrator finds the best ways in which to communicate through the students to reach their parents.
As orders are placed through BannersWithClass.com, we will process immediately. As the "Fundraiser Cut-Off Date" nears, we will encourage the Program Administrator to "Rally" all orders in to maximize the school's return on the fundraiser.
When the Program's "Fundraiser Cut-off Date" arrives, anyone logging into the Banner Builder web page will receive a notice that their order will be processed, however, the senior class committee may not have sufficient time to use the 25% return of funds for Senior Class Activities. We will still honor the Program by returning 25% of any banner orders after the "Fundraiser Cut-off Date".
Approximately 2 weeks after the Program's "Fundraiser Cut-off Date", your school will receive all orders individually labeled and tube packaged for easy distribution to students. At the same time we send out the orders to your school, we will mail a check to your Program Administrator's attention in the amount of 25% of all banner orders delivered.
