What is Banners With Class Fundraising?

Participating in the fundraiser -

We will start your program by providing you with a simple fundraiser agreement form that spells out our responsibilities and yours. Your organization's fundraising participants will select your school or organization from the website when ordering banners/clings.

You will designate a Program Administrator for your school. It is with this individual that we will work during the fundraiser. The Program Administrator will also be given an Administrator's login password to review ordering activity during the fundraiser on the BannersWithClass.com website.

During the fundraiser, the Program Administrator will be the fundraiser's contact for any questions. Participants will also be encouraged to contact us directly for any questions they may have that the Program Administrator cannot answer.

Marketing your fundraiser -

Our group will prepare all of the marketing materials for you to promote the fundraiser to your organization free of charge! The banners are customized to your school or organization using your logo/mascot and include the following:

Hang the banner in a location for the most visibility.

(10-20) 12" x 18" posters

You can choose to hang these just about anywhere to get your participant's attention. The posters are attention grabbing - explaining the fundraiser. You can always tell us you want more if you feel that will help the Program's success.

(100-1000) 8.5" x 11" flyers

We'll provide flyers that you can leave throughout your organization or send home in newsletters and communications. You simply tell us how many you think you will need to get the message out - and if you run out, call and we'll be happy to send more.

Banner Ads & Email Blasts

We will also supply banner ads or email blasts explaining our program to organization participants. If you communicate regularly with your organization via your web's home page or email, this is a tremendous way to keep the program at the forefront during the fundraising period.

Watch the program work -

The next step to the fundraiser is watching its progress. This is done by logging into your organization's order database online.

Once logged into your organization's ordering database, you will see who has ordered what and when and - best of all - you will view an up-to-date total of money coming back to your organization.

As you watch the progress of orders being placed, it may be necessary to give the Program a little "boost" by making organization announcements or other ways of communicating to participants and their parents. Since we believe that most order decisions will be coming from the parents, it will be important that the you find the best ways in which to communicate through the particpants to reach their parents.

As orders are placed through BannersWithClass.com, we will process immediately. On a monthly basis, Banners With Class will cut a check to your organization for orders received.
