Banners With Class is a fundraiser which gives back to your school/organization 25% CASH BACK on all banner/cling orders. The 25% CASH BACK is on the banner/cling price only and does not apply to any applicable sales tax and/or shipping. This means that your school/organization will receive $18.50 - $50 CASH BACK on each banner/cling ordered.

Banners:
$18.75 for 2'x3' - $25 for 2'6"x4' - $31.25 for 3'x6' - $50 for 2.5' x 10'
Clings:
$18.75 for 2'x3' - $25 for 2'6"x4' - $31.25 for 3'x5',
Banner/cling orders that are cancelled will not qualify for 25% CASH BACK. Your school/organization has designated an individual or group who will receive the CASH BACK check. The check for the 25% CASH BACK will be delivered to your designated school/organization fundraiser administrator quarterly after commencement of fundraiser.

Do I need permission to use my photo?
Photography that you have obtained professionally may have copyright restrictions placed on its usage and reproduction. Before uploading any photography to our website for reproduction on banners or clings, we must have your consent that the photography is free from any copyright and that you have full ownership of its usage and reproduction.
Before clicking the link, "Upload My Photo", we ask you to check the box indicating your consent for us to use the photography that you are about to send. By checking the box on the upload pages, you agree to the Terms and Conditions governing this website and photography copyright and ownership.
I don't quite understand what photo resolution means.
First, it is very important that your photo you upload to us for creating your banner/cling is of suitable quality. The quality of a photo is measured by it's "resolution".
Resolution is usually expressed in DPI (dots per inch) or PPI (pixels per inch). Both are the same. We recommend that the photo you're uploading be between 1.5-6 Megabytes and have a resolution of 300 DPI at approximately 10" x 10". If you are unsure of the quality of your photo, email it to us at photoreview@bannerswithclass.com. We will contact you to discuss whether or not the photo will work for the size banner/cling you want to order.
My banner/cling contains a defect or is damaged. What can be done?
If your banner/cling is damaged and/or contains manufacturing defects, you have up to 30 days after you receive your order to contact our customer support group at production@bannerswithclass.com or call (888) 330-3331.
Will the printed banner/cling look exactly like the proof displayed on my monitor?
No. Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not always match the colors displayed on your monitor.
How durable are the banners/clings?
Our ink is UV resistant for up to 3 years. Our banner vinyl material is outdoor durable for 3-5 years. Wall clings are suitable for indoor use and are made of a high quality polyester fabric adhesive backed product. Clings will provide many years of hold and are best suited placed on walls not in direct sunlight for any long period of time.
Does my banner come with any posts, stakes, or frames for hanging or displaying?
Your banner will come to you with 4-8 high-quality grommets installed in the banner for hanging. We do not provide any other hanging or displaying materials with your order.

Can I make a change after I have placed my banner/cling order?
Since orders are transmitted directly to our production group, it is impossible to make corrections, you will need to immediately contact our office by email production@bannerswithclass.com or by calling (888) 330-3331 to cancel production on the original order. You can then go back to the website and place another order.
How long do I have if I want to cancel my banner/cling order?
When your order is received, it will be placed into our production queue for 24 hours before being printed. During this time you may cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour queue period, please contact our office, either by email, production@bannerswithclass.com, or by phone, (888) 330-3331, to see if your banner/cling has been printed. If your banner/cling has not been printed, we will cancel the order.
Is there a discount if I order more than one banner/cling?
Because of the nature of this fundraiser, we cannot provide a discount on multiple banners/clings ordered.
How long after I place my order will it take to receive?
We make every effort to have your banner/cling packaged and shipped 2-weeks from the order date. If you require a RUSH placed on your order, please see below, "Rush Orders".
Your original email order confirmation provides you with your order information. Please call our office at (888) 330-3331 or email production@bannerswithclass.com for information regarding your specific order.
May I use a credit card with someone else's name?
For security purposes, the billing address entered on the site must match the address on file for the credit or debit card used.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
What is my banner/cling warranty?
Our 30-Day guarantee warrants that your banner/cling does not contain manufacturing defects, and, if a manufacturing defect is discovered during the 30-Day time period, we will replace your banner/cling free of charge to you. Banners With Class reserves the right to inspect the banner/cling for the defect in question. Normal wear and tear damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not be covered under the warranty.
I'm not involved with any organization's fundraiser. Can I still place an order?
Yes. When you are asked to Login before entering the banner/cling builders, click the link, "I'm not part of a school/organization fundraiser". You will then be entered into the builder page without a fundraising organization's affiliation.
No. All product pricing is the same regardless of whether you purchase as part of a fundraiser or independent of an organization fundraiser.
How do I know that you have received my order and how do I obtain a receipt?
Once you have submitted your order, an order confirmation containing your final order total, billing and contact information will be emailed to you.
What if I didn't receive my order confirmation?
If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please check your JUNK email folder or SPAM folder. If you still are unable to locate, please call us at (888) 330-3331 or email questions@bannerswithclass.com.
Is there any way to put a RUSH on my order?
Your order can be moved to the front of our print queue for a charge of $35.00. This option is available to you when placing your order if you have selected the "RUSH MY ORDER" option (details above) when checking out. Overnight afternoon UPS delivery shipping charge of $35 will be added to your order at checkout.
